Right as in just getting the car to fit some wheels so it looks good on a trailer? Yeah, I suppose.
Right as in properly modifying the car so it doesn't handle like a Ford Excursion, no. Its a very ghetto solution to trying to cram wheels on a car that they were never meant to go on. Ideally you would buy new, stiffer springs (and matching sturts) that are also lowered to get the car back to correct ride height; then do your clearancing in the fender wells so that you get as much verticle range as possible; and clearance up front to make sure you still have the same amount of steering range. Lastly, you would also upgrade the brakes to account for all the extra inertia you added. Even at that, the car would still be slower than stock, but at least the handling/braking wouldn't be compromised and it would still be safe.
