Is it possible to make "brushed/burnished/metallic" alumimum wheels (the stock 5-spoke wheels for my '99) take on an appearance closer to that of highly polished, high mirror-finish wheels, on a weekender's budget and tools? Or do you think it'd be more cost/time/sweat efficient to buy a different set?
