I replaced my rubber brake line flex hoses with the Goodridge braided stainless lines, AC Delco advantage rotors (their performance rotors) and Bendix ceramic brake pads all the way around the car. I've been extremely happy with that setup, the brakes seem to work very well.

I put F body two piston calipers on my 2005 Monte SS.
I bought them on ebay for $75 shipped to my house..
Here's a pic. I have no problems with them..

The top one is stock monte Front pad
the bottom one is the Camaro front pad..

I personally feel like the stock brakes can stop a car fine.

If you want to upgrade, the F-Body calipers is a good deal. You already have a 12" rotor so any 12" upgrades you might find on ZZP are because the Grand Prix has a stock 11" rotor.

Other than that, going to the 13" GXP upgrade is your best bet.

What about doing the 06-07 monte dual piston fronts they are a direct bolt instead of the f-body's.

If I recall, doesn't the F-Body bracket need drilled/tapped before it bolts right up to the Monte steering knuckle?

They sell shims to use the f body bolts but yeah the best way is to drill and tap, but if you went with shims its a direct bolt on

If i can do this with out having to buy bigger rims i would do that lol
So i should search for what exactly on eBay, just f body calipers or what year camaro rather, this way i can stick with my same size rotors too rite? Awesome color on the calipers will deff do the same, i had a body shop paint a red stripe over the middle when I got her reprinted.

I need to start uploading pics of her on here lol
