Just get curb-feelers and 22" rims, and you'll be the talk of the town!

Everyone is talking about rim sizes and that is great but what about width??? 235/245 are pretty much standard on our cars. Has anyone put anything wider on? And if so how wide? And what was the overall tire/wheel height. I had 235R50x 18's from the factory and put 245R45x18's on and would like to go even wider but not sure I can without turning and rubbing issues. Anyone can helpl? Thanks
