Thanks bud, yea my garage is heated but it was like 60° yesterday so the garage doors were open and the wife was washing the cts-V while I worked on mine

Wow!!! You never cease to amaze me John. Is there no challenge you're not willing to take on? This one sounds like it was way more than it should have been thanks to airbagit. There's no excuse for that kind of BS and the bad customer service and PR will turn around and bite them in the a.. Sorry you're the one that had to experience their mis-handling. Good thing you have the talent to make it right.

The popping is the rear sway bar moving further than what it's suppose too lol, it's all good though. First time I aired out and heard it I freaked out until I figured out it was nothing major lol
