Default 6th Gen Monte LS Lowering Springs?

I'm looking into some lowering springs for my 2001 Monte LS. I found some decent looking ones from ZZPerformance on Ebay, but I'm not sure about a couple things.

First, off I've seen on some forums that lowering typically induces some vibration which can be fixed by replacing dog bones and/or anti-pogo washers? This is all foreign to me so anything helps lol.

All the talk seems to be for the 3800's as they mention the "3800 pogo". Since I have the 3400 in my Monte, do these changes still need to be made for my 3400? I'm looking to lower it around 1.5ish inches (maybe a bit more)

I would obviously have it professionally done with an alignment since I don't have the time to learn how to do it.

I'm planning on sticking with my 245/45ZR18 W Tires

Thoughts?

Not sure how useful this will be for you eight months later. I've lowered both my previous 2003 Monte SS and my current 2006 Monte SS. Both were lowered via lowering springs with new struts and strut mounts. I did not do anything else. No "anti-pogo" washers. Zero issues on both. Honestly you won't lower enough with lowering springs to really justify those.
