Here is a new photo with the center cap on the wheel
When it warms up I want to try and use the Paint on the tires and do the Yellow lettered tires see what it looks like. I am thinking that making a stencil that covers the tire and leaves the Goodyear open might be better to paint with spray than to daub it on, with a pen??
