Thats pretty vague since everyone likes something different. Like on my intimidator SS I have some led lighting in my engine bay that is awesome but when I pull up to car shows some people hate it. What do you like?

How about tricking the under hood area or the under trunk panel with something, Taz, a Bowtie, Intimidator in LED lights. Make it a 3D panel over carbon fiber material, or Black Vinyl.

Regulation Chevrolet "Red" racing stripes. Some red pinstripes around your wheels lip. What do you have for wheels? The 02-05 OEM Monte Diamond cut wheels look bad azz.
Do you have the stand up trunk spoiler or the laid down version? Get a stand up Duck Tail style if you don't have one already.. Tint the windows
