On a hot day the IATs on my Novi are usually only around 120. Honestly not that bad.

I know what you mean about going WOT, I still can't do it myself

Is your IC the kit that went with this, or did you put together your own? I've been knocking around the idea of seeing how I can piece a kit together. There would be some really tight turns on exit of the blower and the PCM tray that I have.

You upgrade the fuel system by doing some if not all of the following... Bigger injectors, bigger pump, bigger fuel lines, aftermarket fuel rails, boost a pump, pump rewire.

This is exactly what I've been dealing with. I just finished installing a hi flow fuel pump and rewire kit from Racetronix. It's a royal pain because on 5th gens, the only access to the fuel pump is by dropping the gas tank. There's no access panel to the trunk. I swear though, if I have to drop the tank one more time I'm making my own access panel, lol.

As far as the intercooler setup that I have, it was pieced together by the guy I bought it from. These are the main components:
1) Intercooler - Small Liquid/Air Intercooler

2) Radiator - Air to Water Heat Exchanger

3) Pump - Flojet - Flojet Intercooler Pump #FJ-ICPM

Well, before I get started I must say something and then give a caveat.

I was wrong, lol but it wasn't entirely because of the intercooler. We only made one pull, so here's what it put down and then I'll explain why.

356whp

We had to shut it down at about 5900rpm because it maxed out the MAF and the injectors. So I bought a fixed frequency mini AFC and now I'm on the hunt for a set of 60# injectors. They said that once that's done and I install the intercooler I could see around 425whp or so.

So now I need those injectors and then I go back to the dyno. The plus side is that I don't have to baby the Monte anymore, I just need to keep it below 5500rpm or so.

thats a tough break on maxing the maf and injectors. hopefully a fixed AFC will give you enough head room (it should since you were pretty high into the rpm before it maxed) injectors im suprised you didnt already have 60's. 42's max around 350-400whp tops (maxed my 42's at 384whp)

i also maxed my maf out but i was at 4300rpm when i hit the ceiling, im using a adjustable afc and have it scaled WAY back. more than a fixed one will do i believe.

on a side note i figured you would come in right around there anyway without a intercooler. still a very respectable build with a lot more potential!!
