Is it possible?

Is it possible?
I have a 2002 Monte Carlo SS. It is not supercharged, but I am getting ready to put an aftermarket camshaft in and also get my ecu tuned for that camshaft. Those are not my only mods, but I would like to know if it is possible to get into the 13s in the quarter with my car without adding a supercharger or turbo. I think it is possible, but I would like some tips.

Absolutely.
...but not as the car sits.
I am actually building an NA setup for one of my customers with a little 50 shot of juice.
This car should run in the ballpark of 13.50 consistantly.

ok so what did you do to the car so that a 50 shot would get it there? cause a 50 shot is not enough to put that down

13s NA is pretty tough without using some sort of power adder.
You're gonna end up spending a good deal more money than someone with a power adder, and being NA- its probably going to bea good deal less streetable too.

ya it would need to go on a SERIOUS diet these cars are pretty heavy i think they weigh as much as the camaros which are V8's and only run about high13's stock with way more power. it would probablly also depend a lot on track temp and conditions and altitude. but first would be the power to weight, it just isnt there. it would probablly need to weigh about as much as a civic to go 13's with the power of a NA in an auto trans. sorry to get you down. but you would need to go pretty extreme on weight reduction like gutted interior, taking off EVERY non-essential part on the car... and the first 1 or 2 hundred pounds may be cheap but after that you will get into serious money. i helped my friends on their cars they went nuts with weight reduction. even taking out the inner bumper supports cuz "they are heavy" dont seem safe to me though
