No Race for you!

No Race for you!
So the other day I was at the car wash, and this guy pulls up in aFord Taurus SHOwith a coffee can muffler on it. I think it still said Folgers. He asked if I wanted to race and I told him no. I KNOW hiscar wouldn't touch mine, soI wasn't worried about losing, buthe asked if I was afraid that he would beat me. I chuckled, saying no, I won't race you because I just had upper and lower intake gaskets done and I don't want to ruin all of the work that went into the car. I do look forward later down the road when I can meet him again and my motor has more miles on it with the new gaskets. What do you guys think? Can I take him?

RE: No Race for you!
The SHO's range from 7.5 to 8 second 0-60's in stock form... That's a driver error away from a win for me in stock form...I think it'd be a good one to watch. The disadvantage is that the SHO had strictly manual trans until '99 I believe...MC is auto It's a drivers race in my book.
