as for what you have under the hood...it deff cant bea 3100/3400 unless you built a turbo or CSC for it. those motors dont have the power to do anything against the SC ecotech in those cobalt SS's.

its no wonder the Cobalt wanted to show off to you... your both ricers! and thats what ricers do. sorry but those gfx's and your wing are just rice. and unless you did a L67 swap, boost, or a big shot ofNO2that cobalt would have spanked ya.

as for the Northstar V8 swap. i personally dont think its worth it. for the same cost as doing that swap you can have a L67 in there that makes much more power and with a trany that can take that abuse.

whew GENTLEMEN GENTLEMEN, to your corners! I agree Pheonix, the Cobalts can put out. And I personally have been whopped a few times by a supercharged cobalt. But I'm also know that Chris has done alot of engine work, and I really don't think we are in a position to judge each other and call each other "ricers."

Ricers were originally given the name because they were "imports" and people of asian decent or culture drove them. The term ricer now refers more to smaller cars, with alot of mods, sometimes good, sometimes just plain cheesy.

i just know what the 3100 is capable of... and doubt its abilities without Major modification.
