Well coming to work today I had a late 80's or early 90's 300 something Benz hoggin the left lane for a few miles going 65 in a 70 so I jump over into the left lane so this fool steps on it and takes off as i'm passing him on cruise control so I let him get down a few exit then I was like what the hell let me walk this fool I blew by him pretty quick smiled then put the cruise back on 70 ! It was such a beautiful day out !

 

There is a little Integra that drives around my area with a lowering kit and fart cannon. One day I saw him scooting along down the road my work is on. I layed the hammer down and caught up and followed him all the way to the highway. I got beside him at a redlight and walked his ***. Now every time I see him he shoots me a dirty look and flies by.

 

Theres a guy at work with a big dodge ram, he thinks is the best car/truck in the parking lot (even though there is a v6 challenger, v8 M word v6 monte carlo, and of course, yours truly v8 monte ). anywho ever since i got my 06 Monte SS, hes always breakin my ***** asking me to race, burning out as he leaves, asking me to have a 'tug of war' with my car. WHAT IS WITH PEOPLE AND THERE REDICULOUS TRUCKS?! no offense to anyone who likes trucks, but come on it wieghs an incredible amount! youre supposed to have a big engine to pull it. maybe i should race him just to shut him up :p

 

had some kid in a riced out civic pull up next to me at a light one night when i was heading home from work (about midnight). he's got his GF with him and decides to start revving the crap outta his car and keeps looking over at me seeing if i wanna race. i'm just sitting there watching the light, brought the RPM's up a lil bit. light turns green and i punch it to the floor, the monte breaks both tires loose for mabe 10 feet then just hooks up and goes. the kid in the civic tried to catch me but by that time i was gone, lol

that's honestly the only time i've ever done something like that

 

I had a funny one happen tonight. I was cruising along and this guy in a 'stang pulls up beside me, shifts into neutral and starts revving his engine. I come to a stop at the light and the guy is right beside me. I look over at him, smile and give him a nod. The light changes green and this guy floors it. I just pulled away from the light as I normally do. The funny part? Evidently he didn't see the cop sitting in the driveway of the jack-in-the-box on the other side of the intersection. The second he passed the driveway the cop hit his lights and pulls out right behind him and pulls him over. I cruised by at 30mph, tapped my horn a couple of times and waved. There's a proper place and time to be picking a race, and a busy boulevard at 4:30 in the afternoon isn't one of them.

This is slightly off topic. But the other day, i had a friend who would always bash my old ****ty car. We hadn't talked in awhile, but when we brought up car insurance she said, and I quote. "It's no Monte Carlo SS, It's a ****ty cobalt"

HAHA. Immature i know but I laughed since it felt good since she thought she was hot **** before when I owned a Sunbird.

 

Not so much with the 6th Gen Montes but almost always when I'm driving the 84.

 

I live in sortof a hill billy town and get crap like this all the time. Half the time they think my monte is a camaro,i dont understand it says "monte carlo ss" atleast 5 times on the outside lol
