I was just playing. My most recent win was against a '05 GTO. The 6 Liter. I tore him a new one from a 50mph roll.

 

was it a 6 speed or automatic? I think the driver of the GTO was scared to get on it, was possible it was just not his day? from 0 to the end of a 1/4 mile is a race..
Have you run it in any of the sport compact races yet.. times slips would be good... Just curious...

No I don't race.... I just watch, but my son drag races.. 1/8 mile nowbecause not to many 1/4 mile tracks anymore.

 

I beleive it was an auto. And he wasdefinitely on it. In fact we went twice because he didnt beleive it. I would of went from a dig butwe never caught a light. My quickest et so far is 12.335 @ 116.57 Fastest trap was 121mph.

You are too kind Space. Its a very small forum, maybe a dozen active members. I nominated myself and won out of 3 possible candidates (another STi and an EVO), got twenty something votes. I know its not a huge deal, but I'm proud of it. The admin made that banner for the top of the forum for that month and I snagged it for my sig, lol. I've never raced anyone from that forum. As far as whose fastest, I'm not sure. Rally mechanic...far from it, I work for Verizon (copper tech)

 

Bill have you seen any Subaru SVX's around NJ, or PA.. I know the STI are pretty quick from the get go also the EVO is on the money to... are you burning all 4 from the start? I seen some AWD burned down all 4 and thatis awesome power from a 4 banger. Those boxer 6 are made for power and it don't take a whole lot to make it.. 300+ stock so not to much to improve to get the wheels turning.. Pontiac had one in 04 call GTR vibe that pack a few horses to. Just thought i would send a Hi to you and wish you the best to you on your ride..

 

I've only seen 2 or 3 SVX's around here up close and personal. They're pretty rare.,unless I see them all the time and are confusing them for Saturns, lol Burning all 4 through first is no problem and I dont think the boxer "H6"can hold a candle to the boosted flat 4's. Appreciate the wishes and I'd like to extend the same to you.

Also about the 12.3 that I got a few weeks back, that was on my "pump gas" map. I have 2 maps for the car that I can switch between using my ECU reflasher. Anyways, my pump gas map is good for 404hp/390tq. Thats what I got the 12.3 with. The other map includes a splash of 103 octane that is good for the 430/435. So hopefully when I get back to the track I can get a nicehigh 11 second pass. The setup is barely a month old and I'm still relearning the car.
