Very tough call. If he does, it would be the high 12's. The stock cavalier only has 140HP but also weights about 2600 -2800 lbs. A full900-700 lbs lighter than a Monte. Unfortunately I don't know what the quarter time is stock

A mix of Cam, Heads, and Headers will definately max out the potential of a nitrous system but it's still only 50HP he will be getting. I honestly can't see it though. I would realistically think low 14's or high 13's. 12's could be possible but I just cannot imagine it.

Hehehe, I just found this site while typing this out. It will guestimate the quarter time. The weight is in KG though not LBS, and the HP is calculated at the crank not off the dyno.

Your Monte plus driver would be about 1701 KG and if supercharged reads 15.34 which is close.

His car we don't know enough about, but lets say 140 stock + 20 cam + 20 Heads and headers= 180 hp. add 50 for nitrous 230HP. Weight will guestimate at 2900 lbs or 1315 KG.

His Quarter time is 14.32.

I would let some slide like the Monte did... Montes run about 15.1 supercharged not 15.34. I'm also guestimating on the aftermarket parts, but I think I'm doing them on the high side of things. Some headers can add 15-40 hp depending on other mods.

I'm still going to call BS on 12's though expecially if he has subs in the back. If he's done some weight reduction to the car like gutting it, then it is very possible.
