Another win for the LTZ
No problem, I noticed better throttle response and it really feels quicker when its nice in cool in the morning and its just sucking in the cold air through a big 9" long k&n cone and a 4" diameter that has a nice chrome cap that is included with the cold air intake kit, loudness not really a difference. Its a nice kit and you can use all the stock parts. the only thing new is the air box and cone and box lid cover, I found out i needed the coupler to make it all work by trial and error. When ever you do get it and need to ask any questions installing it I will be there to answer here.
The Interior was done by bell auto upholestery here in arizona, They did everything in two days. The first day they re-did my trunk carpet to match my floor carpet, they did the suede headliner and visors in suede and dipped all plastic pieces in black to match and did my trunk liner by dipping paint over the chevy logo.
Then the second day they did all the seats and installed them, The material is Ultra Vinyl for the seats, this is a fine material and better than leather, it doesn't crack and doesn't get as sticky as leather in the summer and the white stays nice and cool, It looks nice too. Anyways here is the great thing everything cost $1200
Basically the material cost was $600 and the labor was $600
The shop had 5 guys on this the three brothers did the interior and the one guy did the trunk and another did the headliner.
It was a good deal and they have been in buisness since 1959.
Anyways I have pictured of the mpd intake on my car domain site if you havn't seen them yet.
they are on page 9 or 10

I actually have a modular setup from Spectre that works great. Good sound, when paired with my Magnaflow cat-back and it doesn't do a faceplant when in low RPMs. Worked out great for me, and since I used the stock MAF as part of the tubing, it only cost me $70 in parts.

Last night I raced a GTI with aintake, exhaust, rims. Raced twice, won both times. I would take him in 1st, he would pull me back in at begining of 2nd and then by the middle-end of 2nd I would take off on him.
