Interesting...my '03 N/A has beat 2 3.9 Montes in the quarter mile/ One by a car length and the other by 1 1/2 car lengths.

My 3.4L Monte has yet to loose to a 3800NA monte/regal/Grand Prix etc. (thought I up shift gears manually so that gives me an edge)
