Honestly, if you are going to get a full kit like that, get a full l67 from the junkyard where you are going to get your supercharger from. I know the U pull it here sells motors for $250. You would be ahead of the game and could get every part you needed out of the car while you are at it. $400 is pretty steep for not even included the m90.

Still kind of iffy. Especially when you see that kit and realize he painted over everything. Hopefully some of it is actually masked off. That alone would raise a flag for me.
If you do that set up, make sure you look over the heads CLOSELY for cracks. They like to crack a bit between the valves.

I'm not trying to disrespect your sale, but I have to agree with Enzo.
I've bought an entire engine from a local Pull-A-Part, and the entire motor with trans, intake and everything attached for less then $400. I believe the place I go to wants about $150-$200 for an entire v6 engine (and that is all accessories and intake on the engine).
You mentioned the heads have been machined, has this kit been completely re-conditioned (such as a valve job and seals, inspected for issues)? I know you mentioned the heads had some machining. Depending on what work was done could justify the price. Also are you willing to ship the kit (as many people will ask that question).
BTW - You may want to post real pics vs a screen shot from Craigslist (as all that can be seen clearly is what looks like a snout for the kit).

That part pictured is a bracket for one of the idler pulleys.
I wasn't able to tel if that meant the heads are machined. If they have been decked, valve job, etc, that helps out a lot.
