Thanks Guys, no it's not like I am needing the cash (although cash is nice)
Going through a point in life where Ronda and I are considering quite seriously of putting my 97 year old mom in a home after caring for her for the last two years. She requires care every minute of the day. We did just hire a home-care company that helps out several hours a day and Saturdays when needed.
Medicaid has a 5 year "Claw Back" clause and we have been taking money out of the trust to care for her and expenses. We are now not sure if we will be penalized when it comes time to put her in a home.
We are seeing an elder care lawyer today to get some guidance. When i did the post of selling the Deuce I was really freaking out. For this and next season I will keep her. I have even have plans to mod my garage further next spring to better suit the Deuce (Surprise to come next spring)
I also realized I would miss out on the most important thing about owning the Deuce
MY MONTE FRIENDS !!! I have developed some great relationships here and would hate to see them slip away.
Thanks for all of your concern but for now the Deuce is here to stay.
BTW I had only gotten 1 offer and it did not meet my reserve

Hi `Tadd,
Thanks for your update & good news about keeping your Monte Carlo.
I can relate to the high cost of taking care of a senior. You are wise to meet with a attorney to find the correct information to protect the assets of your mother & yourself.
Many of the Beach Bum seniors have exhausted their funds & all the beachbums contribute $'s each month for their care.
It's very difficult when their funds have expired & with medicaid it's difficult to get good care or a good senior care home.
My grandfather & BeachBum Tommy have been paying big dollars for several of the seniors.
Wish you good luck on finding what is best for your mother & for you & Ronda
