Default Touch up work...

My Monte has a bit of rust around the tires. And something fell on the car while in the garage. It nicked the spoiler.

So i was wondering what i would need to touch up and fix these scratches/rusts spots? Not strapped for time, looking to do this come spring.

Also, the part around the tire is loose...lol(amateur gearhead). So when i drive around, snow i think gets built up and melts, causing air bubbles and rusting from the inside. I think i would have to take it to a mechanic to fix this tho.

I should prob' post pics latr to give you ppl an idea of whats exactly wrong.

But after i all fix the paint problems, i was looking into putting on mudflaps. So how much would that generally cost? When i travel to Ontario, my home-town has dirt roads.

Here are some pics of the rust spots:

I read that one thread(too lazy to find it) on how to do your own repainting/touch ups.

Just want some good brand name items to use, and the best place to buy them.

Oh, and a table fell on the Monte whilst in the garage, dinged the spoiler, and woke up one morning to find a table leaning on it. Must've tipped over...
