Default Tail lights

Does anyone know if the plastic covering of the tail lights on a 2004 ss can be removed to gain access to the red signal light plastic.

Thanks

Wiz kidd. Unfortunately it wouldn't The Monte uses red plastic covers that cover the bulb, so it doesn't matter what color the blub is, the result would simply be a dimmer red. He would have to completely dis-assemble the taillight housing, then remove the red plastic, and then replace with amber plastic or an amber bulb with some sort of clear diffuser, which I'm not sure if it is possible. I remember people doing this in berettas all the time to make them Europe legal, or to give them that home-chopped altezza look.
