Sunroof

Default Sunroof

Have been throwing the idea of having a sunroof installed in my 87, But having leakey dreams....Or should i just leave it orig... Give it too me straight guys...dont hold back......

Because your '87 is entering the realm of becoming a classic, I'd hesitate a LOT on doing something that extreme.
I love sun roofs (I had a pop up one installed on my current '94 and previous '93 Grand Ams). I specifically looked for my Monte to have a power roof (if it did not, it was an instant deal breaker, I did not want to have an aftermarket roof installed).

One thing I like better then sun roofs.... T Tops! My neighbor is selling a sweet '86 Monte Carlo SS with T-Tops. My '84 Camaro has T-Tops. They are AWESOME!

Again, I'd stick with keeping your Monte original (not for fear of leaks, more for concern of value).

Yup tees are nice i hadda new 89 RS camaro w/em...bought her in the fall..Man o Man was itta long winter...i couldnt wait for spring!!!To take those tops off...
