Default Spoiler Differences

I have the flat spoiler on my 02 SS, and I'm wanting to get one of the NASCAR style spoilers. How many bolts does the Nascar type spoiler use?

The 2006 & 2007 Spoilers are a direct bolt on for your type of spoiler. If you were to find a 2000-2005 Race inspired spoiler the holes won't match.

they wont match so you will need to drill new ones and fill the old ones too

I made the switch from a 2006 Monte Carlo SS, but the spoiler is the wrong size and you'll still most likely need to repaint the top of the trunk lid.

If you don't want to drill new holes, and fill old ones, then go for the 2006/2007 spoiler. You may need to re-paint part of the trunk lid either way. Since the 2000-2005 Nascar spoiler covers the least of all the spoilers available on the 2000-2007 Montes.
