Am I the only one who think that the SLP insert makes the car look older like a 98' Monte or something? I think it might be the logo. I just think it would look terrible on my car (Does look ok on a red car because the emblem is red). I would personally like the mesh but with the "Knight" emblem on it or no emblem at all.

Remember a lot of people paint these things so they match better with their car.

If you want a silver mesh, you paint it silver then put it on.

If you don't want the bowtie, then you find a TS Grille and put that one on :P

Does this need to be painted before it's installed or will it look fine on my Intimidator as is? Is it easy to intall?

They are just held on with 2 sided tape. You don't really have to paint it, but it'll look better. If your car is red like mine it looks best if you paint the area behind the grill before sticking them on. Even with a black car you want to paint the area flat black

You don't have to use the bowtie or shield

Thanks. I found the Tony Stewart one on GM Parts Direct. I think I'm going after that one after I get my rims on.
