FYI - In step 9, removing the trim that goes down in front of the windshield.... I found it best to start from the BACK of that piece and slowly work your way forward.

When I got my Monte, the previous owner broke the clip on the driver side piece (I think by starting from the front back) and until I got a replacement, it kept looking like it was going to fall out. I've removed a couple starting from the back going forward, so far, NO problems.

Just tip.
