My roof joint molding is completly messed up so I am looking to try and buy new but dealers say no warehouse carries the part and have found nowhere online either. Hard time finding in junk yard and figure get messed up trying to remove anyway. Car getting painted now...so HELP please!

 

they are made of some flexible metal, if you can afford to get them painted I would take them off epoxy them on and then repaint them, the epoxy is impossible to get off the paint.

when putting them on do 4" sections at a time and apply epoxy about 1/64 of a in layer to fill in the textured bottom of the rails.

also there is a aftermarket i believe, others here call them roof rails.
