Okay, I just replaced both CV joints in a 2000 Monte Carlo LS. Both joints went in as they should have with a click that told me they were locked in place. I put everything back together and started the car, put it in drive and the transmission is turning and shifting but the CV Joints are not turning. Even in park, the front wheels will spin free.What did I miss? Any help would be appreciated.

 

They obviously can't be locked in place....this isn't something I've ever had to tackle before though.
