Temporarily moving the thread to https://montecarloforum.com/forum/en...00/#post722477 , since currently this thread doesn't fit this body work category very well. When I'm back on track, I'll go ahead and switch back to here.

Wow great updates for this project.
I did the work on the badge. First I cleaned it up and then repainted the thing with the Chevy Red. Then I applied the Carbon fiber wrap to it.

I had the rear panel painted on this one and the clear section as well and made the bowtie light openings on it and pinstriped around them.

Now this is all a work in Progress so I got this rear panel off a wrecked Monte that belonged to a friend of mine after he sold it. It was in a U pull it yard and the rear panel according to him was still brand new. and it was but the salvage thing scratched it enough I thought I would try a wrap on it.

The rear panel that I salvaged from a U Pull It yard

I put Carbon fiber wrap on it, Bowtie cut outs for the back up lights, Intimidator badge. I haven't made any of the other emblems attached yet.

I think that front badge is molded in color. But you can fix it.

Thank you!
And that looks pretty good. For my car, I think I'm just gonna get the chevy red and either high gloss black paint, or gloss back wrap (since I'd need to repair the B-pillar anyway), the front badge I'm either gonna restore, or just straight up replace, given that the badge is only like $20 on GMPartsDirect. If you wanna continue watching this car get rebuilt, you can watch the other thread, my updates will be posted there temporarily until the thing runs again.

I'm actually going to post an update there pretty soon, by the way.
