Default question about the interior body

Hey guys... Im working on a pretty large project (I dont wanna ruin the suprise when Im done) and need to know, whats under the body between the back seat and the spare tire? Im needing to anchor a few things in the car, and I need a place in the middle there to possibly make sure some modifications dont shift around where the back seat was.

the only jack I have for doing anything under it is the jack from the back with the spare. I have no stands, and I HATE being under my car without a good jack there. I just want to make sure theres not the fuel tank rising up that high. :S

That is where the rear suspension is. The crossmember that is the base for the IRS bolts in there. There is some room above it but not too much.

awesome, thanks for the response!

one more random question... then, does that mean the gas tank is UNDER the back seat? as in, they are pretty much sitting on it?

Quick Tip: If you goto ANY muffler/brake shop and have them "inspect" your suspension/brakes then they have to put it up on a lift...then you get a great view of your under body, and it's free, in most places.

hope this helps, it works great for me..

The fuel tank on my car sits right under the rear seat and a little into the deepest part of the trunk. I have a picture of underneath you can look at but its at a bad angle.

Note how the fuel tank sits flat right in front of the rear suspension.
