out of curiosity!!

I have a sixth gen monte carlo ls and i want to remove the side molding tomorrow but i hear its holes underneath and my question is are there anything that will stop me from just removing it with ease?? such as bolts or screws.

i would love to remove mine, but i've also heard there are holes under there...
