Default How do you take out the rear seats out of a 7th gen Monte?

Well, I found a nice set of seats at a junkyard that I want to retrofit in my 94 Cutlass. The only problem is it seems that the 06/07 rear seats weren't bolted on or clipped in. I tried pulling the seat up but it felt pressed in tight. So my question is, is there a procedure to take out the rear seats? Or should I just pull up without fear of ruining the seat? All help is appreciated!

There is a strip in the fold section between seatback and buttcushion, snap that out. Take out 2 18 mm bolts that hold the back of the buttcushion. The front edge has 2 sturdy clips, on the front edge about in the middle of each seat.

Somewhere down the middle of the page at barovelli.com - Monte Carlo Ham Radio Install you can see how I took it out to route wires.

Thanks for the reply! I ended up not taking the seats out after the yard quoted me $200 for the seats if I pulled them out, $300 if they did it. It wasn't worth it.
