Hi Carl welcome to the MCForum, easiest way to get the emblems is at a Salvage yard and paint them yourself.
Second easiest way is to go to ebay and do a search for Monte Carlo emblems and you will most likely find them possibly some new ones too.

There again check on ebay and find a silver vinyl wrap and you are going to be limited to what they have available. Go a little bit custom and get a carbon fiber vinyl wrap maybe.

Any factory parts are getting scarce as these cars are now old. The Monte Scripts are most likely becoming one of the many rare parts. I would recommend contacting a guy known as ZSPOT. Here is a thread about him. I know he is still out there helping us as best he can.

The emblems from the factory used precision cut double stick emblem adhesive. You can buy 3M emblem adhesive from pretty much any auto parts store.
Not sure what you mean about fitment? Do you mean the placement (as in where to place them)? If so, you either eyeball it or get measurements from a car that has them from the factory. Best ideas I have.

Your best bet here is probably to contact @GrayGhost1951 . I believe he just rebadged his whole car.
