Default New color advice

I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS with original paint. The color is the dark burgundy. It has purpleish tones in the right light. I have seen it referred to as Berry metallic.

I got rear-ended the other day and 1/2 the car will have to be re-painted.
I am considering spending the extra cash to have the entire car painted.
I dont want to change the color drastically but would like to be rid of the purpleish undertones.

Anyone have any suggestions?
I will also be adding polished aluminum rims in the summer.

The best advice, is to not change the color of the car. It's very difficult to do correctly.

If all you want is to get rid of the purple hue then ask the body shop that will be doing the work. They can pull the paint code and add less blue/purple when mixing the paint.

Agree easier to blend than do a full color change. Lots more time and money.
