Looking good, not my style for hood. I'm not a fan of scooped hoods on FWD cars. But that's me.
Thanks; just going for a more aggressive and custom look. In my opinion if the 6th gen was a popular car today, I think this would've been cool for the SS models.
Car has been sanded and completely painted. Rear fenders have had the rust cut away and welded new steel in. The hood isn't perfect, but it looks pretty good. Just gotta wait for a warmer day to use my dremel to make my hood functional and add all the new emblems to make it stand out more. I also forgot to take off the rear spoiler.
My universal spoiler didn't work well, So I took my time and removed my rear spoiler and painted it. Looks good with the SS decals I purchased from Oracal on Ebay. Looks even better on the car with the added badges.
Nothing special going on here, but I finally got my stock airbox back in, and pretty glad I did.
Dragon Fire Mass Air Flow Sensor. Nothing special about it, just really liked the color for my engine bay since I painted my stock airbox and housing red too. Another photo.
It's cold here in Michigan, and we'll be reaching a record low on Superbowl Sunday. At least we'll have great comfort food though. And now some progress pics....
Fresh from the car wash, added badging to my hood
scoop and car doors. A better look at my MC with the fender stripes.
