Thanks everyone, I very much appreciate the comments! I ordered my Stealth bulbs yesterday so I'm hoping those come sometime this week.

Images of the lights installed on the car are on page 4.

In case anyone is wondering, I used regular Dupli Color automotive clear acrylic enamel for the bezels and each bezel got two coats of clear. They were let to dry for at least 24 hours before I sanded and buffed them, and a week to cure before I reassembled them. On reassemble, they were each baked at 250 degrees for 6 minutes to soften the butyl rubber glue, then pressed further into it fully engaging all six hook tabs around the lens. I didn't have any issues with the high heat effecting the new clear coat. I let that cool for a few hours then came back and ran a bead of black silicone around the lens, going slow to let it seep down into the channel where necessary, just to be sure it was fully sealed.

Lights look amazing!!! Great turnout! For the reassembly, when you say that you baked them for six minutes, do you have to first put the butyl rubber glue on the lights and then heat them up once the glue dries?

Thanks Matt and Justin!

The butyl rubber glue is a pliable rubber and is pliable enough at room temperature so you can mold it as necessary. It gets laid into the housing channel and then heated up to become softer so when the lens gets pressed into place it more easily conforms to the shape it needs to hold and seal the lens.

Matt, those lights look unbelievably good! You did a fine job...

Now, can you paint the other set Silver to match my car? Thanks
