Love the idea so far! I saw a mustang about 2 days bay with the rear louvers and was wondering how it'd look on a Monte so this is cool!!

 

I like it as well... This is gonna either be really cool, or look like a ricer gone wrong...lol... But, so far I love the way it flows with the cars lines... Mjclemm...

 

This should look pretty good when all is said and done. I can't wait to see how your monte looks when you finish all of your mods

Many cool mods, for sure going to be a one of a kind Monte Carlo you will have for yourself. I'm actually in the process of having some side and rear louvers fabricated for my Monte, I loved your mock up so much. Have a local metal fabrication shop doing them, same ones who did the diamond plate for my interior. They actually have a fair amount of experience in that they have Rat Rods and other collectible cars of their own there at the shop.

I love the louver concept. I used to have 'em when I owned my 1980 Camero Berlinetta. I was so cool in those days...
