What Tadd has done to the lights of his '06 is as impressive as it gets. Now they don't make projectors/halo/angel eyes for the '00-05 as you found out, but they also don't make HID dual high/low beams for us since we run two separate bulbs. You'd have to buy the 9006 for the low and the 9005 for the high.
There is a ton of information on here which presents opposing opinions for running HIDs in highs (which would be your inner most bulbs that are also you're Daytime Running Lights), but I suggest browsing first. I don't recommend attempting a retrofit if you're not set up for it as you explained. So keep in mind that putting HIDs in any car that did not previously come with stock projector headlights is technically illegal, but you will usually only be stopped for extreme colors. Conversion kits are very simple, do-it-yourself swaps!
