Default LED Front Turn Signal Mod

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo SS Limited Edition and I always look for new upgrades that are relatively inexpensive because I am in college and up until recently didn't have a job. So I have always loved the way leds look. Better color and more important they are brighter sometimes and the instant on/off that gives them the look of something expensive. Well I changed my front turn signals out for leds and absolutely love them. You will need to wire a 50watt 6ohm resistor in series i believe in order for them to flash properly. I got the SMD LEDS from superbrightleds.com for 38 dollars and the resistors you can get from an auto parts store. I will post pictures and a video of them in action.

The resistor needs to be in parallel with the LEDs. It provides a load similar to the original lamp so the flashers work correctly.
