Nothing I have in my avatar or sig is correct as of right now. Similar, but in a way not even close.

 

Alright i been waiting for this picture.

That lambo was put on a audi r8 chassie. Thats right ppl audi and lambo are the same company. Because that lambo is on a r8 chassie they cannot install lambo door, it just doesnt work.

 

Still a Lambo though. The new Camaro is based on a Holden Zeta chassis, doesn't mean it's still not a Camaro.

 

i think he was just saying that the lambo pictured doesnt have lambo doors because of the chassis, wasnt saying its no longer a lambo

 

Not really. The gallardo (lamborghini) came out in early 2000's (I believe 2002 or 3). The r8 came out in 2007. The r8 is based on the gallardo, since it came to the party late.

The reason that the murcielago has vertical doors and the gallardo doesn't is because the murcielago is their v12 flagship car, and they want to distinguish it from the lower model.

 

But not on a monte carlo.
They just look plain silly.

As of that Vid of the decked out MC,
I did not like the doors or spinners. Sound system seemed good but i dont know to much about that.
The Tail light thing was Sick!
I would love to do that on my car!

 

I love Lambo doors, but I'd have to buy the entire Lamborghini, not just the doors (and the scissor doors on Lamborghini's are really impressive)....

I think scissor doors on the Montes look nice, but it's an awesome lot to spend on a kit and proper installation just to "WOW" people when you get in and out of a car. If I had the money to blow, I would possibly consider it.... But for now, I want some performance mods, rims, swap out my spoiler with an '06-'07 stand up spoiler and maybe a hood....
Scissor doors are FAR down on my list of Monte wants (I have an '84 Camaro that I will restore before I do/consider scissor doors).

And suicide doors have never been my thing.

 

Well i think im gonna get some scissor doors, because id like to be able to show off the custom door sills.


I want my car to be better then this, but i like the shaved look
