I have seen a monte in person with lambo doors, they look ok, more of an attention getter then anything, but to me the doors are just to big IMO, also make sure you don't get cheap stuff when doing them, I have seen brackets and things break causing the door to come crashing down causing lotsa damage to the door.

EDIT: Also if your saying well that lambo didn't come with lambo doors cause of the chassis or whatever,, neither did the montes so your kinda arguing against yourself on that one no?

there is no WOW factor to these doors now its just a bolt on (and not a good one) I like suicide doors cause there is real custom work involved but I have to say that I think Monte doors are just to long for them to look right. Bottom line it your car do what you like for you, not yo impres others. but I will say if you choose either spend the money on good parts & good work or you will be sorry. These are show car mods & they are not practical for daily drivers, trust me both will get old if tis is your primary car. good luck with your project.

Agreed!
Some times doing to much will make it look worse than doing nothing at all.
You gota keep it classy sometimes.

But its your monte and whatever you do to it i cant wait to see the outcome!

The window frames of the doors wouldnt be strong enough to support the heavy monte doors when you open and close them. Your props would need to be mounted further down the door, but even the opening/closing action would put too much stress on the window frames. Plus, I dont know about you but Im 6'2" and already have to duck to get into my car without having to climb under the doors to do so.

I was thinking of getting the doors welded shut and putting a window net in, and just doing it like NASCAR does.......
