I'm sold on the Crystal Black Headlamp Housings. I already have the switchbacks and love them too. Two questions though, what was involved in tinting the side marker on the new lenses? Why did your friend trade you for your old OEM housings? Did he not like the black ones for some reason?

 

How are the fogs running with the HID's? No melting or heat issues so far?
I want to get HID's for mine but im worried a 55w kit will melt the housings.

 

I have hids in my fog lights. They are the 35 watt 6000k ones and work fine in my fog lights. I would only do 55 watt if you are putting them in your low beams. Everywhere else would be good with the 35 watt kit.
