We've talked about this a couple times on the forum
If you find the spoiler from an 06 or 07 it will match up perfectly. (What I did)
If not, you'll have to drill new holes and fill the old holes.

^^^^ What he said. You really need to find the 06/07 Nascar Spoiler inorder for it to match up, and even then, it does not cover all the scares left from the surfboard spoiler in your paint.
If you want to do the swap, first you need to find and 06/07 Nascar Spoiler, which is hard to find...if/when you do, then you need to factor in repainting your trunk lid, and the spoiler to match. Trust me, you will have scares from the old spoiler, and they will not all be covered by the new one.
