Default HID Xenon Conversion Kit Question

I was looking to purchase a HID conversion kit, but wanted to make sure I was getting the right kind. I was looking for the deepest blue they have. I believe that 12000k is the deepest. I just want to make sure I am correct on it. I also saw this chart for a better reference, if anyone can confirm this that would be much appreciated.

HIDs are illegal in a non-projector housing.

The higher the K, the less the technical light output and the more "color" the lights have.

Colored Lights are also a great way to get pulled over.
