Hi and low beam...
It's possible to do both (Quad Headlights & Independent Fogs), but the Fog Light is more involved
For the Highs + Lows (Quad Headlights), check out my schematic over on NAIOA:

For the fogs, you basically need to detach the fogs from the BCM and run them independently. You can do that with this circuit:
