Headlights Question
It has the "GTO" on them. Those are covers. You can get vinyl sticker like ones but those are hard plastic clip on style. You used to be able to find those everywhere but I just looked and cant find a single set. Ive seen them in person before and they stick out, kinda look off.

For clarification, it looks like GTO, but the last letter is an oddly stylized S for GTS (GT Styling is the company name). Wanted to make sure you had the right name in case you were searching.
They make all of that kind of clear / semi clear plastic stick on stuff - headlight & taillight covers, window rain guards, hood bug guards, etc.
I've got their tail light covers on my monte and used to have the headlight covers too (until someone stole one side while parked). Used to be very popular in the 90s and 00s.
As far as that one you posted- Id bet they're solid covers (no holes). They make both clear and smoked covers, so Id bet the circles are just masked off during the smoke process to leave them clear. It addresses the main issue with their fully smoked covers - they look cool, but light output is drastically reduced.
