Default Ground effects question

So on the 06' Monte Carlo SS on the ground effects in the front it has the plastic part. Does anyone know if you can replace just that piece or do you have to go out and buy a whole new front ground effect. Before I had got the car someone must have driven over something because the plastic is scratched up and broken a little in one spot. You can't tell unless you are washing and detaling and getting up underneath it. But I know it is there and it bugs the hell out of me lol. Thanks in advance

If it's not cracked you can probably sand it down and paint it

Yea it's cracked just a bit. there is like a spot the size of a quarter that is like indented and cracked and then it is all scratched up. It's plastic though where it is messed up. I just need to know if you can just replace that center plastic part.

I've seen some ground effects with it removed and it is indented in that spot, but I'm not sure if it's clipped there.

Hopefully someone has the answer for ya!

Yea it's meant to take hites or whatever you want to call them, rather then having painted ground effects and hitting something and ruining your paint in that spot. But I'm trying to get my car as perfect as I can so I can start going to car shows and everything

Yes that insert piece (#24) can be replaced on its own. I had the dealership replace that piece on mine when they repainted the front end. It's held underneath the front bumper with four plastic clips and it has tabs on the upper part that slide into the ground effect. Part is $115 at the dealer. The retaining clips should be the reusable pin ones and I'm pretty sure you could easily replace it at home in 5 minutes.
