Front Plate Filler

Default Front Plate Filler
Could anyone enlighten as to how these come off? I am in need of one before my car gets painted. Want to figure out how they pop off in case i, uh, happen to come across one

It is held on by 2 small screws at the bottom.

There are 2 (two) small screws on the bottom of the filler that need to be removed.
