to stripe or not to restripe
I found only 1 picture with a white Monte Carlo with the ram air hood but man does it look good !
so here is my question to all please give me you opion...
so here is what I am curently thinking. I destriped the car yesterday in prep for the new hood and paint and I have a couple of thoughts running through my head about what to do paint wise
#1 leave it alone hood white and brakes and badges orange
#2 ghost stripe the car with GM artic white on the hood and trunk only
#3 paint new orange stripes the car
added some picks with out the stripes form today
so here is my question to all please give me you opion...

I'm not always a fan of stripes it looks great in some cases, crappy in others.
IMO, your car looked awesome with the orange stripes, given the theme you were going with. I personally say, get the stripes put on again.
I DO NOT like the artic white stripe idea at all, i'd X that idea.
Leaving it alone, and adding the hood, with just orange accents WOULD look good too, and clean!

Cool thx for the votes !! I just Have allot of ideas running though my head right now wish I could photo shop that hood on my car with the orange strips I just don't want the hood to be too busy ... I saw a pic of a red car with the ram air and black SS stripes

I like that one but i cant go that low with the start of the stripe if i did not have the slp grill i could do it but i love that grill
I loved the orange stripes. Didn't think I would but I did. It looks naked now. If I was you I would stripe it the way the camaro guys do on their ss hoods. They paint the scoop. Here are some examples of white cars with different stripe ideas. I could not find any monte carlo's so they are camaro ss.
