I had a fenderbender the other day and havent had the time to get a new bumper ordered/installed, but i drive my car around everyday and was getting tired of the unsightly dents in it....so i made a video of fixing the dents .... maybe this will help someone.

Really not bad looking results for the effort. Short of replacing the whole bumper cover, this is a good option. Great video, thanks for sharing.

 

Not bad. Yeah I would always use a heat gun quicker and easier to work with the plastic. But your light was a good idea as that is probably all you had. Where are you located?

 

It was lol, it was my shop lamp or the gf's hair dryer lol. Im in arkansas, bout 20 minutes to little rock.

 

Great job getting it back into shape. I love repairing bumper covers at work. I get a little carried away sometimes and spend more time on it than necessary massaging out dents/ripples/creases. For some reason it makes me feel more like an artist than a body man, lol.
