I'm glad you asked. Yes. I took a short piece of rubber tubing and slit it down the middle. Then I cut a slit in the aluminum frame of the license plate holder. I slid the rubber tubing over the aluminum frame, and then held it in place with a piece of electrical tape through the slit in the aluminum. Keeps the frame from scratching the bumper cover
